A bold, masculine, and completely uncensored continuation of the best-selling photography book Testosterone, Joe Oppedisano's Uncensored is a journey of men and their deepest desires. From straightforward pinup portraits of uninhibited men and their raw sensuality to elaborate fantasies of bondage, sex, and ecstasy, Uncensored delivers the quality you’ve come to expect from Oppedisano and amplifies it ten-fold!
Uncensored documents Oppedisano as he bravely steps outside his realm of dark, erotically charged dungeons. Each page is injected with a compellingly tantalizing display of flesh as he embarks upon his mission with a successful mix of masculinity, sexuality, glam and ironic humor amidst stunningly bright locations. Rugged men openly engage in displays of bondage on urban sidewalks while muscular athletes are captured in breathtaking form surrounded by lush landscapes. Through the lens of his camera, Oppedisano opens a new door with Uncensored, which proudly takes audiences both new and old to another level of artistic vision only previously imagined.

What the ....?!

I can't even beging to describe my thoughts on this book... and that is not because I have a lot of great things to say. It is because I have pretty much nothing but bad things to say. Ever open a book expecting to be turned on or see some amazing photography.... then as soon as you do, you just feel disgusted with yourself for even looking? This is one of those instances where you are screaming at yourself to close the book. But it is so bad, you force yourself to keep looking... bringing your gag reflex back to life with each page turn. There is nothing artistic about this book. Amateur photography meets Photoshop OVERKILL, meets XXX rated pornography with no erotic merit to it.
This book serves best as a doorstop or a way to level out your dining room table!
REFUND!!!

I agree! This book is a mess. Save your money. I'm getting my refund. Not only are the pictures disgusting. But, like others, the book already had a few loose pages when I received it. Overpriced filth.
Um.... ewww... The books has no class!!!!

Um... ewwww.....ewww....ewww! This book is just gross! There is nothing sexy about it. The cover alone is revolting! I know my friends thought they were doing well in selecting another photobook for my collection when my b-day came around this week. But wow-- what a miss! Being familiar with some of Joe's work in the past, I was curious to see what would be inside once I removed the plastic wrap. WOW... can I say it almost made me vomit my birthday cake in disgust?! The book quickly became the "gross out the party goers" item of the night. So, I guess we got our entertainment in that!!! But, aside from the drunken jokes and questioning of how anyone would even think about publishing this garbage, I am seriously debating whether I should try returning/exchanging the book to a local bookstore to get something better. This is by far the most unprofessional, missed attempt at erotic photography, I have ever seen. Stick to the greats -- Howard Roffman, Steven Underhill, etc-- they know how to do sexy with class!!!
Poorly constructed dust collector

I can actually say I liked Joe Oppedisano's last book, TESTOSTERONE. Although daring and willing to push the envelope, the book was still somewhat tasteful and actually possessed some artistic qualities to it. This new release is beyond that and to say the last, nothing more than filth! The pictures lack any artistic merit for the most part. I admit, there are a few nice shots, but these come in the tamer selections of the book. The book, for the most part can easily be passed off as amateur shock-value laced pornography that is so foul it doesn't even allow itself to be erotic. This is not a turn on. And, I admit to having some pretty kinky interests of my own...
Joe is clearly aiming to shock people with this entry. But, he clearly tries too hard, not allowing the camera to find a mood interesting enough to capture... trying just a bit too hard to make people drop their jaws in surprise, Joe loses a lot of credibility with his latest work. The book merely becomes a dust collector... Which is sad to say based on the pricing and how long those of us who ordered the book have had to wait for it after countless delays, backstock, etc.
In addition, it is poorly put together. The entire layout lacks any collective storytelling as we jump from one embarrassing image to the next. The cover selection is foul! I can't imagine the majority of major retailers, where you can often find erotic photobooks, wanting to carry this. How can they even place this book on the shelves is beyond me?! Perhaps that is why the book doesnt seem to be available anywhere but online... And, the overall construction is "cheap" to say the least. After thumbing through the book just a few times, my copy already had pages coming loose from their binding. Also, the printing is not the best... with colors bleeding, washed out, streaked, etc. on several pages. Did the publisher not catch these flaws? Are the pictures actually supposed to be presented in such problematic fashion? Everything else in the book is clearly photoshopped to no end, so how did these slip on by?!
This is a BIG disappointment and an embarrassment. Save your money. There are countless talented photographers out there who offer much more than can be found in this offering.
