The Brotherhood
Director David DeCoteau has set up a cottage industry producing horror films with homoerotic undertones and plot lines. His films are generally distinguished by high production values, gorgeous guys, imaginative story lines, campy laughs and a complete lack of substance (fully intended). The Brotherhood is one of his most successful offerings. There is a rather amazing fraternity on campus with four members always dressed as if they are going out to a gay club right after school. These rather demonic guys are looking for a new recruit, who they feel they have found in Chris, a rather studly new student. Chris and his geeky new roommate are scoped out by Devon - the evil frat president who invite them to a "party". The boys push dry ice smoke out of the way, brave the ever present lightening and are greeted at the door by an ax wielding frat boy! Needless to say, this is a horror movie and there is plenty of tastefully spat out excess blood in store for you horror movie fans. The frat boys are actually vampires who perform their blood letting rituals in their underwear while on top of sumptuous blood stained, satin bed linens. While there is not as much flesh as in Brotherhood II, this film will manage to make you laugh, get aroused and it might scare the silliest of you.

The Brotherhood II
The sequel to the surprise sleeper hit The Brotherhood was directed by David DeCoteau (Leather Jacket Love Story). The story picks up at Chandler Academy, where Luc, a sinister and gorgeous warlock seduces three very sexy teen outcasts into his web of lust and depravity with the promise of popularity and admiration. Once his entourage is complete, Luc will consort with Satan and raise hell on Earth. A lone hero must fight the enticing desires of the evil Luc and save his friend's souls. There are swimming pool, locker room and sexual scenes galore! If you like 'em young, pretty and in their underwear The Brotherhood II is a flick for you! You might actually get scared between the laughs!
