Colt seems to have cornered the market on vibrating anal bullets. I'm not sure how large a market that is, but with the Colt Power Pak Bullet, Colt Power Pak Egg and the Colt Xtreme Turbo Bullet, if you want bullets buzzing away up your twitching ass, you'll probably buy one of these. After trying all three, I have to say that they are all recommended but also quite similar; it'll take an anal expert to really tell the three apart.
The Colt Power Pak Egg comes with a better designed (not better functioning) power pack and the bullet is shorter and thicker, offering a slightly different feel. The Colt Power Pak Bullet is really the same as the Xtreme Turbo Bullet with again the Turbo's power pack not looking as sleek as the Power Pak but with both offering similarly sized bullets and variable speed vibrations. I know this is not especially helpful when deciding which device to buy and insert, but blame Colt not me! They made three very similar toys and have not differentiated them enough. They are all quite effective in creating anal chills for the user; bullets are not like prostate probes or dongs as they are gentler. For me - an anally reluctant gay boy - bullets are much more fun; they tickle rather than pound. Those are my word to the wise (and inquisitive). In conclusion: Check at all three and buy one of them (maybe go by price), as none of them will really disappoint.
I bought the Turbo Bullet about six weeks ago, went thru one set of AA Batteries and it has already stopped working. If you're ok spending about $12 on a toy that lasts a month and a half, then this is a great toy, otherwise I'd pass.
