Confession time: When it comes to sex for the most part I am a top. My boyfriend loves to get plugged and he loves being rimmed just about as much as I love rimming him. Thanks to the Colt Anal Douche I get to go to town on him with nothing but pure pleasure. I admit I usually have that lingering fear in the back of my head – what if I am not as clean as I could be? And that fear forces me to have a hard time relaxing. My boyfriend tried the Colt Anal Douche first, and I know how clean it got him. It felt like I spent hours lapping at his immaculate hole. So when it was his turn to poke me, I tried the douche.
It couldn't be easier! After I sucked some water up into the bulb I secured the rippled attachment to it and went to town. For me lube was necessary, and while standing in the shower (I didn't know what to expect and didn't want a mess on the floor) I gently inserted the nozzle. When it was a few inches up there I compressed the bulb and the warm water filled me up. Next - now this is important – I kept the bulb squeezed as I pulled out the nozzle, I didn’t want anything getting sucked back up. This part is not sexy but it is part of the process. My advice is to use it in the shower, rather than sitting on the toilet. Everything that is in "there" has to come out and once it does you just do some external cleaning. It is advisable to do this for about 15 minutes or so before you plan on having sex, just to make sure you get all of the water out. Now you are ready for anything and everything anal. Not only are you clean but with the rippled nozzle that feels really good, it’s almost foreplay.
The only problem is that I now want to bottom more. I felt so comfortable and clean and I was able to relax completely and focus on the pleasure of my boyfriend banging away.

I agree with the other two reviews. once you have the nozzle up there and squeeze the bulb, the bulb separates and water falls all over the floor. I have my best luck with this when using it in the shower.
I did however feel like it held enough liquid. I've tried refilling and shooting two or three bulb fulls up there but that seems like too much. All of it doesn't end up coming out and I have diarrhea for the next few hours.

i bought 1 of these items and i wish i hadnt wasted my money on it. the bulb doesnt seem to hold enough water to do the trick, the tip keeps blowing off the bulb and ending up stuck where the sun doesnt shine or in the toliet and thats really the last thing i want to do is reach in my toilet to rescue the tip of this thing only to have to wash it down in order to finish using it. Also it is VERY messy to use it leaves water all over the floor toilet seat running down your legs god what a mess. Might i suggest a screw on tip instead of a pressure fit tip to the bulb and a larger capacity bulb. 2 thunbs down on this product.

Apart from its small container size (holds about 2 cups worth of fluid), this is a rather poorly manufactured item. The insert-tip is only attached to the bulb by pressure and can easily come apart in mid-use (leaving a disgusting mess on the floor). Its small size means that multiple uses are required for a thorough cleaning and you've still got the cleanup afterward. You're better off buying a hot-water enema bag because it can be used as both a self-contained hot water bottle and for enemas as well. This product is simply for novelty purposes, it's not truly practical.
