Opening shot - A NYC park in fall after the leaves have fallen... two pretty white women are making love with a black man masturbating against them. Lesbian chic or shocker? A little of both.

In fact this movie is a lot of things, it’s all over the map. It's the tale of white kids (Caan and Leto) trying to be black kids, a story of a filmmaking couple, woman (Shields) with a camera and man (Downey) in search of other men, it's the story of a black gangster trying to go legit, and most bizarrely it’s the story of Mike Tyson trying to give advice!

Black and White is a weird mish-mosh of a film that somehow works and might even make you smile. Most peculiar of all in this weird film is Robert Downey's overbearing gay character. He comes on to Mike Tyson (playing himself) at a party, Tyson tackles him to the floor and almost strangles him. Downey's farewell words to his wife really sum up this oddly appealing film, " I'm a cum guzzler - I'm gay!"

Definitely odd, definitely something to see.
