A Matter Of Honour tells an engaging story about the plight of inmates trying to survive behind the walls of a correctional center for youths. Told first-person, readers will meet a young skinhead who enters the correctional facility shortly after getting arrested. The charges against him won't be dropped, and he has no choice but to deal with imprisonment.
However, his mentor, a local police sergeant, arranges for him to be placed undercover to contact and befriend another inmate. He is promised that, should he carry out the task successfully, his record would disappear, and he would be free to choose his career path.
